...the one with the charging bulls (and the rain.)

Our walk was 3.5 miles and very flat with a few stiles. Very pleasant walking along the canal and across country.

Meet up at 10.00am at the George & Dragon, Station Road, Stoke Golding CV13 6EZ - 01455 213268. 
The car park gates to the right of the pub will be open at 10.00am and coffee/tea will be available inside.

Directions are best done on your sat navs as a number of unnumbered roads are involved.

Possible routes include coming south on the A46 then joining the A47 west to Earl Shilton and on to the outskirts of Hinckley. As you pass Morrisonsat the roundabout turn right and Stoke Golding is sign posted.

Alternatively take the A447 to Stapleton, turn right to Dartington and on to Stoke Golding. When facing the pub the car park is on the right.
